Description
20% Pinot Blanc + 25% Riesling + 30% Pinot Gris + 25% Gewurztraminer. Age of vines: between 40 and 45 years old. Harvested by hand. Skin contact maceration for around ten days. Natural wine bottled at the estate, with no added oenological products, sulphites, fining or filtration.
Fine nose of citrus fruits (orange peel). On the mouth the wine has spicy and peppery notes, aromas of teas. Dense and persistent finish with notes of candied oranges and quince with a return of freshness, melted tannins
