Shipping policy

The minimum order is 12 bottles of wine. This isn’t our idea – the LCBO insists on this point.

Delivery is available only in Ontario, Canada

Delivery is free – there is no additional fee added to your order.

Most deliveries will arrive in 3-5 days. Please let us know if you need it for a particular date and we will do our best to get it to you on time.

All deliveries must be signed for by an adult (19 years old).

In the event that your order or part of your order is broken in transit we will issue a refund for the broken items. Should your order arrive damaged you may either refuse the entire delivery or note down the damage with the delivery driver when receiving the goods. If you sign for the goods without doing this, it will be assumed they have been received in good condition.

In the event that you are not able to receive delivery and you do not rearrange it with our courier within their specified time frame, your order may be returned to us. Should this happen, we reserve the right to charge you for any subsequent delivery attempt.
