Blend of two homebased blocks, picked in the last week of March and the second week of April. Both components fermented with traditional Sauvignon Blanc Yeast – to bolster typical varietal characters of crisp citrus, green apple, and capsicum. Minimal winemaker ‘interference’ to ensure this wine has stayed true to the Brightwater Gravel theme of bright fruit driven, light-footed wines.
