Divine Grillo, organic and musical, fluid, languid and fine, green fruit throughout, as opposed to so many golden, sun-worshipping and gratuitously yellow-fruited Sicilian examples. Here the presentation is so well prepared and orchestrated, of a stage presence capturing attention and imagination. Great stuff indeed. Drink 2025-2027. Tasted January 2025. Value Rating: 5 stars

Very elegant and straightforward, dominated by aromas of Pear with hints of Fennel and Anis in mouth. Balanced, tasty, with volume. Same fresh fruit as in nose. Long finish due to the very natural acidity of the Verdejo grape.
