92% Pinot Noir, 8% Chardonnay
Our Blanc de Noirs is predominantly made from hand-harvested Pinot Noir grapes, the hallmarks of which are a vibrant red fruit character. The creamy palate and rosy hue are a result of a small addition of Vin Gris, which was blended into the base cuvée. Bright strawberry and black cherry aromas with subtle vanilla highlights. Creamy cherry, lemon and cola flavors combine with a lush palate, lively bubbles and a persistent finish.
Over forty different clones and selections of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are planted on our 340-acre estate in the Sonoma Carneros district. This allows us to consistently produce cuvées with complexity and clear fruit expression.

The colour is pale straw, flecks of green; it literally sparkles in the glass. It’s packed with classic citrus and passion fruit sorbet flavours alongside green bean and pungent herbal notes. Crisp and delicious, it has a solid satisfying length of flavour.

Ripe fruits and white flowers and tropical fruit on the nose. Creamy mouthfeel, balanced and full flavoured.
GARBO ROSATO 2015
70% Grenacha, 30% Syrah
The colour is a bright, pale pink that bellies the mouth watering cherry and raspberry fruit flavour and medium body that makes the Garbo Rose able to pair with a wide range of foods. The Grenacha particularly brings a rich texture that provides both subtlety and balance.
GARBO TINTO 2014
Merlot & Tempranillo
Intense nose with fresh fruit and a noticeable balsamic note beneath. Full of flavour, with the influences of its very short spell in oak perfectly integrated with the predominant fruit flavours.
VAZA RESERVA 2011
80% Tempranillo, 20% Graciano
The Reserva is a perfect expression of the power and depth which a Rioja wine is capable of achieving. Aged 12 months in French and American Oak. There are rich, ripe fruit aromas, balanced with notes of coffee, caramel and vanilla, liquorice and spicy notes. The palate has good structure, full of fruit and approachable tannins, all combining to create an elegant tasty wine.
VAZA TEMPRANILLO 2015
Deep fruity aromas, principally of red fruits, raspberry, strawberry and plum, typical of the characteristics of Tempranillo’s from Rioja. On the palate it is fresh and light, with soft approachable tannins making it a pleasure to drink.
