MAKIA MALBEC 2015
Intense ruby colour with violet shades. Complex nose with cherry and red fruit notes. The taste is delicate with good structure and persistence.

Crisp citrus flavours are enhanced by an extended cool fermentation and pleasant acidity.
OROYA SUSHI 2016
Airen, Macabeo, Muscat
Oroya is a delectable blend: Airens (60%) bright fruit characteristics provide a vivid counterpart to the bold flavors of soy, wasabi and fresh seafood. Macabeo (30%) offers a crisp framework, cleansing the palate after each bite. Aromatic Muscat (10%) provides a perfumed element and sweet fruit character to temper the heat found in wasabi.
VIONTA ALBARINO 2016
Rias Biaxas, Spain
Simple and airy on the nose, with melon, apple, and citrus notes. It’s spritzy, healthy and citrusy in the mouth, with comfortable, familiar pineapple and melon flavors. Holds steady on the finish. Very nice for immediate drinking.
CONDE DE CARALT CAVA BRUT N/V
Macabeo, Parellada, Xarello
Very pleasant example of the wine that leans almost to extra dry. The flavours are spot on, channeling earth, but keeping fresh fruit in the front of the palate. The slightly yeasty nature is a bit underplayed and the nose is more subtle than many big new world wines. Overall though, this is a friendly example of cava that will please most palates.
LONGBEND SAUVIGNON BLANC 2017
Wairau River Wines
Marlborough, New Zealand
Striking notes of nettles, pink grape-fruit and fresh currants leap from the glass. The crisply defined palate is underlined with minerality, lingering with guava and ripe pear.
LONGBEND PINOT NOIR 2016
The palate is light but textural. The flavors in the mouth are very red berry/red cherry with fine acidity and lightly drying cherry stone tannins. The juice red fruit finish and savory earthy herbal notes make for a finish that leaves you thinking food.
